Position: Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Center Manager/ Team Lead
Location: Ramdev Plaza / CMI, 301/302, Western Express Hwy, near Maruti Nexa Showroom, Kashimira, Mira Road East, Thane, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107
Working Days and Timings: Monday- Saturday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Position Overview: The Customer Support Executive is responsible for driving online 2w / 3w / 4w loan product sales through proactive selling techniques and exemplary customer service. This role requires communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:? Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on digital channels to promote auto loan products and services.? Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.? Help customers take online loan journeys and get loan sanction letters.? Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.* Customer Service & Management:? Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.? Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.? Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.* Product Knowledge:? Stay up-to-date with loan products features, benefits, pricing, Rate of interest, EMI, Tenure and other promotional offers.? Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services.* Team Collaboration:? Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service and to share best practices.? Attend team meetings and training sessions.* Data Management:? Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each call.? Update customer records in the company's database as required.* Compliance:? Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.? Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.*
Qualifications & Skills:? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.? Previous telesales experience, preferably in an auto loan / vehicle insurance call centre environment.? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.? Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.? Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.?
