Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Salary :17-22k Shift timings : rotational shift 6 days working and 1 rotational week off. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
- To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
- Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
- Document in detail all interactions with customers
- Effectively articulate information to customers
- Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful
- Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality.
