We are hiring

Customer Support Associates

for our

US process

. This is a

blended role (Voice + Non-Voice)

where you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat. Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy. Assist customers with product/service information and order-related support. Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility:

Education:

Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills:

Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are mandatory.

Work Environment: Comfortable with night shifts (US timings).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹27,000 - ?35,000 per month

Additional: ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (TA)

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (as per US shift requirements)
