O hi is Seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and provide solutions. Maintain records in CRM systems. Collaborate with teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:



Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM and support tools preferred.
