Role and Responsibilities:

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.
Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
Keeping a close eye on client's feedback.
Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients
Required Skills:
