Location: Pune - Kharadi (Work from Office)

Eligibility

Education:

Graduate (Any Field)

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Fluent in

English & Hindi

(no MTI/RTI) Strong communication & customer handling skills

Compensation

Freshers:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC

Experienced:

Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on communication & interview performance)

Work Schedule

Shift:

Rotational shifts Female candidates - Day shift till

8 PM

Male candidates - Full rotational shifts

Working Days:

6 days/week

Role & Responsibilities

Contact and advise potential customers on suitable

insurance products

(outbound calling). Handle customer support queries and provide accurate information. Build trust with customers and ensure satisfaction through effective communication. Document all interactions and escalate unresolved/complex issues as required.
