Job Summary
XLNC Exotic Group is hiring International Customer Advisors for our night-shift customer support team. The role involves assisting international clients through calls, email, or chat, providing information, and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve issues with professionalism and clarity
Maintain documentation of customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and meet performance targets
Work with team leads to improve overall service quality
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work night shift hours (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service or BPO experience is preferred but not required
