Roles and Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and complaints promptly through phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and multi-task. Strong problem-solving skills. Fresher or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply. Basic computer knowledge.
