Key Responsibilities

Daily customer queries receive karna (phone, WhatsApp). Company products/services ki basic information dena. Customer complaints & issues forward/resolve karna. Follow-up calls, reminders, confirmations maintain karna. Documentation support: Name, number, address verify karna Forms & KYC collect karna.
