We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our Videoland team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves handling international customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails. It's an online sales support position -- no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email queries from international customers.
Assist customers browsing the online store with order placement and product information.
Process orders, refunds, replacements, and discounts efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in MS Word and Excel.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Work on weekends or holidays when required (with extra pay).
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay portals will be a plus.
Comfortable working in Night Shift.
