Provide information related to flights, or travel services (depending on the process).
Update customer details in the system.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Follow team leader instructions and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (typing, system handling).
Ability to handle customer calls calmly and professionally.
