Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
Gather customer feedback regarding their support experience and share insights with the product and development teams to improve services.
Utilize CRM and ticketing systems efficiently, attending regular training sessions to stay proficient in support tools and processes.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
