We're looking for a friendly, problem-solving Customer Support Associate to assist customers via chat, email, and calls. You'll handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries promptly
Troubleshoot basic issues
Escalate complex problems
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Patience and a customer-first mindset
Basic computer skills
Prior support experience is a plus
