- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

- Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Flipkart's product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

- Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with the Flipkart website or mobile app.

- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

- Feedback and Reporting: Collect and report customer feedback and trends to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
