About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our customer service team for our international night shift process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US/UK process).
Prior customer service or BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
