Job Summary

Dalnex is looking for a Technical Support Associate to handle client enquiries, provide application demonstrations, and offer post-installation support. The role requires close coordination with internal software and hardware teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for testing applications from an end-user perspective to ensure usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries related to applications, installations, and technical support.

Provide live demonstrations of the application to clients after installation (remote and on-site).

Conduct site visits for client demos, training, and support as required.

Act as a communication bridge between clients and Dalnex's Software and Hardware teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

Understand client requirements and relay accurate feedback to internal teams.

Perform application testing from the user's point of view to identify usability issues, bugs, or improvement areas.

Assist in troubleshooting application-related issues and coordinate fixes with the technical team.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, demos, issues, and resolutions.

Support smooth onboarding of clients by explaining application features and usage clearly.

Required Qualifications

Education: BE / BTech (mandatory)

Gender: Male candidates only

Basic understanding of software applications and technical systems

Good communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel for site visits and client demos

Ability to understand client issues and explain technical concepts in a simple manner

Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
