We are hiring freshers for a

Domestic Voice Process

role. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers to

share information and handle basic queries

. This is a

non-sales, non-target-based role

.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, or regional languages

Immediate joiners preferred Candidates from

Kothrud or nearby areas

preferred Freshers are welcome;

training will be provided

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to share information Explain details clearly and address basic customer queries Maintain a polite and professional communication tone Update call details and customer information accurately Follow call scripts and company guidelines Coordinate with the team and report daily call status Ensure timely completion of assigned calling activities

Pay: ?5,860.13 - ?33,967.01 per month
