As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executive who can represent our brand with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Role Overview



We are seeking a

customer-centric, people-pleasing communicator

who can handle customer interactions with patience, accuracy, and warmth. You will be the voice of 100kmph across calls, emails, chats, and social platforms--ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate with customers via

phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

to resolve queries, complaints, and order-related concerns. Maintain a

polite, professional, and empathetic tone

in all interactions. Handle refund, return, exchange, and order-tracking queries with accuracy. Coordinate with the

production, dispatch, and warehouse teams

to provide customers with timely updates. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Identify common customer issues and share insights to improve processes. Ensure

quick turnaround time (TAT)

and high customer satisfaction scores.

Must-Have Skills



Excellent English communication

- verbal and written.

People-pleasing personality

- calm, patient, friendly, and solution-oriented. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns. Ability to multitask across communication channels. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Good to Have



Experience in

customer support, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, or telecom

is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, support dashboards, or online order management systems.
