Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to passenger and driver support
Assist users with app installation, registration, and basic troubleshooting
Communicate information clearly and politely
Maintain call logs, update records, and follow up when needed
Resolve customer queries with patience and a problem-solving approach
Share customer feedback with relevant teams
Ensure a positive experience for every caller
Required Skills:
Fluency in Hindi & Marathi is mandatory
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Basic mobile app & computer usage knowledge
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
