We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Freshers) for our international voice process based in Hinjewadi, Pune. If you have excellent English communication skills and are eager to start your career in a global BPO environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain professionalism and a customer-friendly tone on every call. Record and update customer details in the system. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements:

Freshers can apply. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - mandatory. Graduate qualification is required. Willing to work in night shifts with 2 rotational week-offs. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
