Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Customer Support Executive
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling international voice processes and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism on every call.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and productivity.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum
7 months of experience
in an
international voice process (on paper)
is mandatory.
Excellent
English communication skills
- both verbal and written.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and handle pressure effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
