As a Customer Support Associate, you'll represent our brand through every interaction -- listening, solving, and ensuring each customer walks away with a smile.

Your Responsibilities



Customer Conversations:



Be the first point of contact via chat, email, or call for all customer queries. Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services. Resolve issues promptly and ensure complete customer satisfaction through follow-ups.

Problem Solving & Ownership:



Identify customer pain points and resolve them with empathy and efficiency. Escalate complex cases to the right teams and track them to closure. Maintain detailed and accurate records of every customer interaction.

Experience Building:



Deliver every response with patience, professionalism, and positivity. Go the extra mile to turn challenges into positive experiences. Share suggestions to improve processes and enhance service quality. Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products to customers.

Collaboration & Growth:



Partner with team members to maintain service excellence. Share customer insights and recurring issues for continuous improvement. Participate in regular training sessions and feedback huddles.

Organization & Reporting:



Maintain accurate data and communication logs. Contribute to service reports and suggest actionable improvements.

What We're Looking For



Minimum qualification: High school graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or any client-facing role. Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal. Empathetic, calm, and composed -- even in high-pressure situations. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Comfortable using CRM or ticketing tools. Team player with a proactive and solution-driven attitude. Flexible to work in dynamic schedules and rotational shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
