Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via
phone, email, live chat, and social media

Provide accurate information about
products, services, policies, and procedures

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Handle requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent;
associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
.
Prior experience in
customer service or support
is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal and written).
Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills

Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
attitude.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a
fast-paced environment

Familiarity with
customer support software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools
