Role Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries via phone and in-person
Providing support and resolving concerns
Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth experiences
Maintaining high service standards
Qualifications
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Customer service, support, and phone etiquette experience
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Retail/Fashion industry experience is a plus
