Job Title: Customer Support Associate (US Voice Process)

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune (Work from Office)

Eligibility:

2024 graduates (freshers) - ?21,000 take-home (~3 LPA).

2025 pass-outs can apply (must have 6th semester hall ticket + cleared Sem 1-5 in one attempt).

Experienced (up to 3 years) - ?28K-40K CTC.

Undergraduates accepted if 1+ year experience.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58+ mandatory).

Strong call introduction & closure.

PF history required for experienced candidates.

Flexible for night shifts (US Shifts, 5 PM-7 AM IST).

Work from Office - Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune candidates only.

Exposure to US Contact Center preferred.

Rotational work week (Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat / Wed-Sun).

Must follow US client holidays.

Rounds of Hiring: Screening ? Versant ? Client Discussion ? Ops

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US clients.

Provide customer support, record outcomes on tools.
