Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Review & Engagement Executive. This role involves reaching out to customers via phone to encourage authentic reviews on top e-commerce marketplaces, helping boost brand presence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one southern regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam), with a background in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to customers to request product/service reviews. Build rapport and engage customers to ensure a positive brand experience. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and review targets. Handle customer objections professionally and empathetically. Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools. Use calling tools effectively to track performance. Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to enhance engagement strategies.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one southern regional language. Familiarity with CRM and call management tools. Target-driven with excellent persuasion and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce, online reputation management (ORM), or customer service. Understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
