We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, issues, and support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or address customer concerns
Provide feedback to improve our service quality and customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel tools, email, chat platforms)
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
