Title: Customer Support Associate

Qualification: Graduates / Intermediate
Experience: Fresher or experience
Salary - 15000 (Fixed) + Incentives (3K to10K)
Shifts Window: Rotational. - 8AM TO 5PM, 9AM TO 6PM & 10AM TO7PM
Position Summary: First point of contact to the customers.
Key Responsibilities and Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle calls in Malayalam to assist customers with queries, complaints, or
service requests.
Maintain high-quality communication standards and follow call center scripts
when handling different topics.
Support the team in achieving overall service quality and performance goals.
Meet daily/weekly targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and
customer satisfaction score
Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and
guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.06 - ₹18,000.53 per month
