Expectations:
B2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience with handling highly sensitive customer issues and de-escalating
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing skills.
First-class time management and decision-making skills.
New graduates are welcome.
