Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions

Maintain accurate call and customer records

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Follow company processes and service standards

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

+2 / Any Degree

Language:

Malayalam (mandatory)

Basic communication and listening skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Willingness to work rotational shifts

?12,000 - ?15,000 per month
