Customer Support Associate - International Process

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Shift: Night Shift

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Process: Blended (Voice & Documentation)

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Blended International Process. The role involves interacting with international customers to collect missing documents and ensure accurate processing as per defined guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduation is Mandatory Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) Willingness to work in night shifts Basic computer knowledge Experience in International BPO / Blended Process is an added advantage Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 - ?22,000 per month 5-day work week Saturday & Sunday fixed off Pick-up and drop facility available Work Mode: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Contact international customers via calls and emails to collect missing documents Verify, review, and process documents accurately Update internal systems and maintain proper documentation records Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process completion
