Customer Support Associate

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, scheduling service appointments, tracking complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer customer calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services. Record and track customer complaints, requests, and feedback. Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in coordination with the concerned departments.

Requirements:



Male candidates preferred. Minimum

1 year of experience

in customer support or a related field.
