Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer records in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain call quality, professionalism, and adherence to scripts and compliance standards.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments.
Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and trends to improve processes.
