Job Description

We are looking for a someone with excellent spoken English & Kannada who also has 0-2 years of experience in operations support or similar roles.

Shift Timing:

6 a.m- 3 p.m (Monday- Saturday)

Location:

Jayanagar, 4th block

*Male candidates are preferred for this role

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring day to day operations of site Vehicle Tracking and Incident Communication to Management, Client & commuters/ guardians Real-time system updates driver/ attender/ vehicle change Any changes/modification to routes/ child/ commuter using transport Regular System Updates Trip Scheduling New Employee/ Vehicle induction (including GPS, & Camera) Upkeep of vehicle (including GPS, & Camera) & employee statutory Reporting & Analysis Log in - Log out reports Attendance reports Breakdown reports Mileage reports Diesel filling reports Maintenance Escalations Checklist Verification of Trips undertaken by Drivers Ground team performance report

Must-have skills: Excel, Good oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada
