Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, doctors, timings, and procedures
Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments
Provide guidance on billing, insurance, and registration processes
Route calls to appropriate departments or medical staff when required
Record call details and update patient information in hospital systems
Handle complaints calmly and escalate unresolved issues
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies
