Joining Date: From 23rd 24th December 2025 (Immediate Joiners Only)

Shift Timings

Males: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Females: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

Role: Claims Support Executive
Handle customer queries via calls & emails

End-to-end support for cashless claims processing
Coordinate with hospitals, TPAs & insurance teams
Guide customers on claim submission & approvals
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility

Customer support experience (Healthcare / Insurance preferred)
Hands-on experience in cashless claims
Strong communication & customer handling skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
