Job Summary



We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and support customers with their queries. This role requires good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer calls and provide timely and accurate information. Resolve customer queries in a professional and polite manner. Maintain call records and update internal systems. Follow communication guidelines and company policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication skills (English). Ability to handle customer calls confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email). Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
