Job Title: Customer Support Associate - US Process (Voice) | Bangalore | Night Shift

AroundHI Solutions is seeking confident, customer-focused, and highly communicative Customer Support Associates to support our client .

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong client interaction abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to US-based candidates

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based candidates for recruitment screening and follow-ups. Deliver clear, confident, and structured call introductions and call closures. Record call outcomes, candidate details, and status updates accurately on internal tools/CRM. Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout all interactions. Work effectively in a fast-paced US contact center environment. Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Key Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills -- must be fluent, confident, and clear. Mandatory: Prior International US Calling experience (for experienced candidates). Education : Graduates & Freshers are eligible. Undergraduates (12th Pass) accepted if they have 1+ year of experience. Work Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore candidates only). Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US Hours: 5 PM to 7 AM IST). PF history should be available for the last two organizations (for experienced hires). Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift & Work Structure

Night Shifts (US Hours). Weekend working required (rotational week-offs). Rotational work weeks: Mon-Fri / Tue-Sat / Wed-Sun. Two-way cab facility provided within radius.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,962.28 - ₹59,816.93 per month
