Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) or any equivalent discipline.
2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support, client servicing, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries via email and chat support.
Understand customer challenges, analyze issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Conduct data analysis to track and improve customer experience.
Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to measure support effectiveness.
Ensure quality assurance across all customer interactions and documentation.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MySQL, and HTML.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Strong research aptitude and interpersonal skills.
