Customer Support Executives (Voice - Outbound Process)
for one of our reputed clients in Bengaluru. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining excellent communication and service quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide information and support related to company products or services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Update CRM systems with relevant customer details and call notes.
Work towards achieving daily and weekly call targets.
Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining engagement quality.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Fresher or minimum 6 months experience in a voice process).
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi

Versant score above 5
.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in an office-based environment.

Salary and Benefits:
Fresher:
CTC ₹25,000 per month; Take Home ₹20,200 per month
Experienced (6+ months):
CTC up to ₹30,000 per month; Take Home up to ₹24,800 per month
