Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Customer Queries on time by providing an adequate solution.
Understand customers' problems and help in resolving those problems.
Analyzing data for problems and potential solutions.
Conducting Root Cause Analysis of Customer Queries and coming up with solutions to resolve repetitive issues.
Providing Email and Chat Support.
Coordinating with Customer Requirements.
Performing quality assurance controls on products.
Prepare reports and metrics for measuring customer support success.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basics of CRM tools, MySQL, and HTML
B.E or Any degree
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data analysis skills.
Good presentation skills.
Excellent Research Aptitude and Interpersonal Skills.
