Role Overview
We are hiring
Customer Support Executives
for our Bangalore location. The role involves interacting with international customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates who are in and around Bangalore and willing to attend
walk-in interviews
are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from international customers.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Provide accurate product/service-related information to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Work towards achieving service quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate (Freshers or experienced candidates can apply).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
