Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via

live chat

and

email

. Clarify customer complaints, find root causes, and provide solutions. Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers at all times. Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g. response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction). Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:



Minimum qualification: High School Diploma. A Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience: 8-2 years in customer support; experience with chat/email support preferred. Excellent written English communication skills. High typing speed and strong accuracy. Good ability to multitask and manage time. Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure. Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools or support software is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,916.08 - ₹24,711.67 per month

Work Location: In person
