Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company requirement).
Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
