Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, returns, refunds, and general support issues.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they remain satisfied.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and processes.
Collaborate with the logistics, sales, and marketing teams to solve customer issues and improve service quality.
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements for customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
