Assist international airline customers with queries related to reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Process customer requests via chat and email.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and airline policies.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate dropouts.
Candidates with a minimum of
6 months
in BPO.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Typing speed & accuracy required.
Willingness to work in a 24/7
rotational shift
environment (including night shifts).
5 days working, 2 rotational offs
