We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Airtel Black Customer Support Team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support in resolving their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding services.
Resolve queries related to billing, network, plan upgrades, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and guidance in English, Tamil, Hindi,Kannada, MarathiorMalyalam
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
Meet performance-based targets, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Adhere to process workflows and compliance guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Languages Required: Fluency in English and any one or more of Tamil, Hindi, Kannada.
Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage time efficientlyCustomer service experience (preferred, not mandatory).
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: Upto 20000k/- per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ?2,000/- (Based on monthly performance metrics)
