We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented

Customer Support Associate

with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, primarily responsible for

handling incoming and outgoing calls

. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:



Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

in a courteous and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns efficiently. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat as needed. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes using the company's support tools. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-oriented service. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. Prior experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM or support platforms is a plus.
