What You'll Be Doing:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with US-based clients for lead generation Effectively communicate and build rapport with potential customers Maintain high-quality call standards while achieving individual and team targets Contribute positively to team performance and campaign success

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in voice process or customer support. Experience in international will be an added advantage Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Experience in campaigns (telecom, utilities, customer service, or sales) and lead generation in an international BPO environment will be an added advantage. Ability to work night shifts and commute to our Ahmedabad office Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and quality

Important Notes:

This is a work-from-office position located at S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad. Work-from-home is not available. Shift Timings: US Shift - 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday) Part-time roles are not available. This is a full-time position only. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior international BPO experience will have an added advantage. Students enrolled in external education programs are eligible to apply, provided their course does not require a minimum 75% classroom attendance.
