Maintain professionalism and empathy on calls.
Escalate complex cases when required.
Meet call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate in any stream (recent pass-outs preferred)*
Freshers and candidates with 1 yr of exp in Support roles are preferred.
